I have been staying there for years for quick and easy access to Trenton where my family lives.
Negatives:
I realize hotel was under construction. I had no problem with that. When I checked into room 231 room was dirty and I found a half eaten chicken dinner in microwave, refrigerator dirty and coffee station not replenished. I went down to front desk talked to person at front desk .l asked him to go up and check out the room. He said that he was alone there so he moved us to another unit. Hope my next stay will be much better.

Absolutely nothing other than the guy at the front desk
Negatives:
The room was clearly not cleaned, there was hair all over the bed that was not made, the sheets were just thrown over to appear made. Shower looked as if someone had just showered and left the room. The hallways stunk of weed so the “no smoking” signs clearly don’t mean anything.

Very close to sesame place which was why we came. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. There’s also a 711 in walking distance and a very good restaurant in the same parking lot.
Negatives:
They were renovating so not the cleanest. Laundry was broken. The high chairs were disgustingly dirty. I understand that this hotel was on the lower end of cost but you could use a second waffle maker. Everyone having to wait for one is not convenient at all.
The tubs look terrible. Couldn’t tell if it was damage or soap scum. But they are a huge put off. We had adjoining rooms so it wasn’t just one room.

Photos showed two bed room that i would be renting with couch. Well room not as pictured at all. The eggs for breakfast well lets say the big breakfast at McDonalds get a 10 they got a 1. Rented room for four occupants and got three towels with one full of rust stains. Definitely will be looking somewhere else in the future. Oh almost forgot the two dope bags sitting on ground out front of the hotel in the morning. lol

Positives:
Good location, clean basic room. Offered a pretty good breakfast. Everything was acceptable, but nothing was truly outstanding. I would say if the price were a little lower it would be a good property for basic accomidations.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was pretty unhelpful. I reserved and paid for a room with two beds and a couch. I was assigned a room with just two beds and no couch for three large men. Desk staff was unwilling to provide the room type I reserved. We wound up with a rol1laway bed jammed into what was a pretty small room.
