The morning front desk personnel was really nice.
Negatives:
I booked a regular room and due to the noise from downstairs we were placed in a handicap room and the shower was a mess, I spent most of my stay there worrying about falling because every time I took a shower the floor got so wet.

it was convenient. The highway noise was loud but thats what made it convenient.
Negatives:
when we got there around 10 on Friday, there was no one to check us in.I kept saying hello??? I finally walked around the counter and the clerk was livid- how dare I come around the counter.
When I made the reservation in September, I asked specifically for upper floor and AWAY from the elevator. I was told that they would honor that request no problem. I was on upper floor but right ACROSS from the elevator. I tried to talk to the clerks but they had an attitude and said pretty much-oh well!
I gotten woken up both mornings by loud voices at the elevator, exactly why I asked specifically to not be by the elevator. very frustrating.
