Location was fantastic, complimentary Coffee and water were a plus, bed was comfortable, vanity mirror in bathroom a plus, staff friendly-and helpful when lobby coffee machine malfunction and toilet was backing up (from a previous guest putting plastic in it), ac worked well, fridge and microwave in room (reviews complained they did not have either)
Negatives:
Dirty corners (doorways, in bathroom and shower, stain on rug, toilet backing up (found plastic in it)-needed maintenance-but they came immediately, was charged extra $50 for early check in (which is noted but that absolutely stinks!), had to take elevator to lobby from street level (stairs were blocked off), sign at elevator said to take to 2nd floor but no second floor in elevator-it’s “Lobby,” confused every person I was in elevator with every time I was in it

The room was excellent. Very comfortable with the TV set located in the right place. The hotel is in downtown Philadelphia a block away to Market Street, where the fashion district and the Independence hall is located.

No facilities for breakfast, although coffee available in the lobby.

Good overnight stay
Positives:
The location was perfect for the subway and food places to eat, as we were attending Wrestlemania, and the option for tea/coffee and water was a nice added extra.
Negatives:
We had a 3 day stay and not once was the trash bin emptied in the room, a restock of toilet roll and clean towels offered. There were stains on the carpet and top sheet, the mirror in the bathroom was broken and the shower handle had a yellow stain/rust on the basin. The room resemble more like a dorm room than a hotel room and not very comfortable to sleep in.
The room was too small and cramped for the price, but luckily we only stayed in there to sleep as our days were busy elsewhere.
