The staff - the front desk, concierge....
Negatives:
The pool was full of playful kids the entire time it was open every day. Not only was it rowdy but there wasn't a square inch (gallon?) of water available. It would be wonderful if the hours for kids were limited.

The location and staff can't be beat!
Positives:
I loved the location of the hotel: it's very close to everything that Philadelphia has to offer. The hotel's bar was very enjoyable, and all of the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The air conditioning unit worked wonderfully and helped us cool off after a long day in the sun. The bathrooms were very nice, and there was even a full-length mirror for when you're getting ready. Furthermore, the water pressure and heat in the shower were both impressive.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the room didn't have a microwave.
