Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests have to be 21 years or older to check-in at this property. Guests under the age of 21 MUST have someone 21 yrs or older staying in room. Guest must have a valid debit/credit card at check-in to charge the amount of the entire reservation. Guest may pay cash at check-out only when using a major credit card, the amount will be charged to card then refunded when cash is given at check out. If guests use a debit/check card at check-in, the full amount will be charged to the card at check-in. All Friday and Saturday reservations will be charged between 2pm-6pm prior to arrival. Please note that Cash App Cards will no longer be accepted at this location.
