Positives:
The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were really friendly. The desk staff were friendly. They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite, so our rooms could connect.
Negatives:
The grab bar in the show/tub was broke. There was dirt and mold on the heating/ac unit and it was really loud. The stove in the king suite didn't work. I found an earring imbedded in the rug

We arrived late at night so we couldn't do anything about our dislike of the place. It just seemed dingy and dirty. The door on our room wasn't sealed all the way around and the sounds of the hall was very noticeable. People around were very noisy and a dog was barking for quite a while late at night. The safe didn't work, the glass on the mirror behind the door was cracked, a socket fell out of the wall when we unplugged something. We had booked for 2 nights but left after the first morning to find a better spot to stay the second night.

The bathroom was no clean, I informed the front desk, and the staff never came to clean it, for the three days I was there Staff NEVER came to clean my room as they were instructed. I stopped a cleaning attendant in the hall and begged them the clean.
