Other customers complained of bed bugs as we were checking in. AC was stuck at 74 and not adjustable. Tv remote didn’t work. Employee named Terry was openly racist towards Hispanics while I was checking in.

Very few towels, had to ask for more. Only one light over sink worked and one bedside lamp. When I went to get more towels at the front desk, staff was loudly complaining that they hated the place & their job, etc.
