The hotel was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff amazing. The fact that there was a parking garage directly across the street is amazing (if you've ever had to stay at a hotel downtown in any major city you would know why that's so amazing)

Awesome downtown hotel
Positives:
The Hotel was easy to find, parking was easily accessible. Nice accommodations, clean and check in was swift and hassle free. Beds are comfortable and we loved the game room. We definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling through Pittsburgh and needs a place to call home for a couple days.
Negatives:
There is a closet available, but it would have been nice to have a couple of drawers to unpack. However the property is good or a short stay.

Good location in Downtown. Walking distance to PPG Paints Arena. Good price (compared to others). Good breakfast. Nice new building. Clean. Lots of space in the room, desks tables etc.

Everything was fine. One small minus point is the toilet flush was a bit complicated, but once you learn it, it works perfectly fine

I forgot my id so I changed it to my gfs and it didn't go thru on the computer so we had to pay for another room through her name Rachel renda. So I paid for two rooms and stayed in 1

Easy to get to arena walking. Clean and comfy.
Negatives:
The one outlet in the bathroom was behind the towel rack. Hard to plug in a hair dryer. Hard to access towels as well, mounted 1 inch above vanity edge. Weird. Took a while for valets to bring car around.

I liked the close proximity to the places I wanted to go.
Negatives:
I was not a fan of the shower. The fixture was difficult to turn on/off, the water was lukewarm at best. The shower was also kinda dirty. For one night it was good for what it was. But do consider updating the showers. I also didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t accept cash and is card only. If I had known they didn’t take cash I would’ve just paid the for the reservation when I booked it months prior. I also wish it were easier to get my vehicle, like maybe a parking lot where I could park myself. Not a big deal though.
