I booked this room through booking.com and everything was paid for prior to arriving at the hotel. When I was checking in, the girl at the front desk insisted that my payment was declined on booking and needed to give them a new card. She then proceeded to charge my card a much higher rate than I originally paid on booking. There were othere people waiting, so I went to my room to pull up my receipts from booking.com. After finding where my payment had in fact gone through and was already processed through my bank account, I went back to the lobby to discuss it with the receptionist, only to find a note saying they were away and would return shortly. Later that evening after trying to showi a different receptionist where I had already paid for the room, she became disrespecful and informed me that I needed to call booking.com and ask for a refund because she wasn't going to be able to do anything for me. I called booking and they attempted to call her as well, but she hung up on them. I plan to contact the coorperate office about this.There were french fries on the floor in our supposedly clean room, hair in the bath tub, and the room smelled like a mixture of wet dog and urine. As you exited the elevator to the lobby, you were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of Marijuana which was coming from the several employees smoking outside the partially opened door at the end of the hallway. The hotel itself sits off the main road and is a bit confusing to get to if you're trying to locate at night, as there are no signs at the road where you turn in to get back to it. I had my 14 year old daughter with me and was not comfortable at all, nor did I feel safe. I definitely don't recommend staying here!

The location was perfect for the reason of our visit. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was great!
Negatives:
Our neighbors slammed their door multiple times in the middle of our first night. The gym felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.The water dispenser was empty.

Negatives:
The system could not find my reservation, which the hotel had confirmed to me in an earlier email, and then it took 25 minutes to check in.
Also, and more importantly, our room and the hallways around our room absolutely reeked of marajuana.
