Negatives: It wasn’t clean and in need of some repair, as well the front desk area and first couple of rooms near the front desk always smelled of marijuana.

Positives: I booked through booking.com. When I tried to check in, the VCC number booking.com provided was invalid. Jyn at the front desk explained that I would need to call them. They asked for the confirmation number, which I did not have handy, Jyn wrote it down for me. Then, as I was waiting on hold, my phone was dying (1% left). Jyn to the rescue, he dug out a charging cord and plugged it in so I could charge my phone. He was AMAZING. Customer service in this day is non existent, but Jyn went above and beyond to help me with a problem he had no part in. He is a great asset to this company. The hotel is being renovated. My room was VERY clean, well maintained and comfortable. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when in the area.

Positives: When I left.
Negatives: The staff was extremely rude. Only one knew English. And if I had a question and the one wasn't there, the others would just say no and literally blow me off and go to the office and they were always smoking weed. The place reaked of it. They refused to give me a print out receipt after many tries to get one. I showed up and they had construction going but failed to mention that when I booked. So the breakfast was shut down and that was horribly inconvenient. The construction crew would work at night and I hardly slept as they were ripping things out, running up and down the halls like children. After asking them to not work after a certain hour they just blew every request off. And yes. All of the staff was dirty and constantly smoking weed which I can't be around. All in all, they were so rude, that I will make it my mission to turn as many people away from there, and I hope their business suffers and they have to close down. I will never use this hotel or their parent company again, and I tell everyone of my experience. Hopefully super 8 goes under, and this location suffers the most.

Negatives: Facility was being remodeled and paint fumes were very strong. There was no breakfast of any kind because of the remodeling. The room was quite cramped and layer out wrong. The chair was in the way as you move in the room. The deadbolt would not lock so we had to put the chair in front of door. We would have selected a different hotel if we knew about the remodeling.
