Nice front desk staff. Free parking. Rooms were good size

Bed was horrible. Way too soft. No blankets on bed. Asked for towels and blanket for my daughter who was spending the night. I was told there were no extra blankets and that I could come down to front desk from the 7th floor to get towels. Next day out all day. Came back to see that room hadnt been cleaned at all. My daughters sheets and towels were still on the floor. Called front desk again to request towels. Faucet in shower is falling off. Rooms need a remodel. Room looks old and dirty
