I wish my pup could still come in the whirlpool room, shes scared of water and I would never even think of putting her in that tub but I guess some ruin it for all.

Not really clean. The bed was clean but the room was really dated and the bathroom area was not cleaned well. Looked like they used a lot of soap and didn't get it rinsed properly. Not anything they couldn't fix with a little more effort.

The problem with using booking.com is you cant get out of it when you get there and the place is unacceptable. No way to reach customer service AT ALL. This place is run down and dirty. They have a lot of nerve charging $140 + for one night. There are THREE locks on the door for a reason. The floor in the bathroom had pee dots in front of the toilet. Towels were dingy and threadbare. Corroded shower fixtures. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Coffee was terrible. Stale bread. Dont stay here.

Nothing. It was smelly beyond belief to the point I used an inhaler I never use to stop coughing. I slept in my wheelchair and used what appeared to be the cleanest pillow only to wake with wood slivers in my eye. I spent the entire next day trying to find a place to stay and checked out as soon as we did, returning only long enough to retrieve my bag. All this was at my fathers hospital visit. Im asking you to contact me for a FULL refund at 484-225-1544.

It was deceptive advertising. Below your standards and service which I used before. This place isnt a hotel, its a motel and a very very filthy place thats extremely overpriced for the place and condition. I was actually corrected for my food and drinks freezing solid as a rock. And the manager said the rooms are inspected after they were cleaned. What a joke.
