The room was somewhat clean and the temperature was good. There breakfast was good as well. Nice atmosphere.

Try calling the front desk and no one answered with several attempts in early evening hours.

I purposely rented the room with the jacuzzi and it would not hold water/ the drain would not plug. Very disappointed as was the soul purpose of spending that amount of money and unable to use.

Location was convenient to Robert Packer Hospital.
Negatives:
Was told we received the last room with a king bed. Room security was an old style card slider for a lock. We couldn't unlock by pressing down on the handle. We thought the door was broken. Told the front desk clerk and they said it only operates by lifting up. We were able to do that and access the room. As we turned back the covers to go to bed, there were several, nasty stains on the sheets that I don't want to elaborate on what I think they were. We got dressed, went to the clerk and showed them pictures of the stains. Low and behold, they had another room across the hall with a king bed that was available. I can't comment on the bar/restaurant as the bar was closed at 9pm on Friday evening wen we arrived.

We were going to see a show at Tioga Downs, so this was the closest place available....about 15 minutes away. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The room was very clean. Breakfast was the typical type of hotel breakfast which is all anyone really needs, so it was nice that it was included for free. We had to grab a taxi to Tioga Downs which was $20 each way, but better than worrying about driving (we had a few beverages).
