Property was clean and maintained. Lady at front desk was nice other staff was nice.

I stayed two nights Friday and Saturday Friday I stayed with my kids and Saturday by myself I did drink a bit and over slept my checkout time was awakened at noon to a very rude house keeping lady saying I should have been gone. They did not check my room in a hour in advance like the other hotels which would have e been helpful to make my departure on time. So I must have nodded back because 12:30 she was back again cursing me out I was polite and offered to tip her 50 In return for my negligence of not being out on time and she said no I’m a manager and walked off next thing I know two cops were there they were nice to me helped me bring two of my bags to my van and explained they just wanted me off the properly but she did t have to be so rude and could have earlier like I said at the last hotel they came a hour before checkout to confirm. I offered to go apologize myself but they would not let me. I was. A but tipsy and they let me stay on property to sleep in my vehicle for a bit I have never had such a rude room serve before. Don’t t remember her name. It’s all love comfort Inn my apologies I still have e not been back because I don’t know if I’m allowed there. Was great until that moment.

After checking out my card was charged 35 dollars. I called and asked why and was told I was smoking in my room. After informing the person that I absolutely did not smoke in my room the manager was extremely rude and refused to refund the money.

I liked how friendly the front desk worker was. When ever I needed help I got help promptly.

Morning check-in person was always so helpful and kind.
Negatives:
Evening check-in person was on duty all (3) of our nights stay and was very unfriendly from checking in to asking for (2) extra bath towels in the evening.
Showers were always luke warm water.
The hallways were disgustingly dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I’ve stayed here many times and have never had such a dirty and poor experience. The guest next door had his garbage can filled w garbage (it stunk by day 3) in the hallway the entire stay.
