The staff was beyond amazing, with great personalities, and very friendly. The place was extremely clean which now of days is hard to find that level of clean. They made sure they accommodated any and all my needs. If traveling that way again, that will be my go-to stop.

The reception staff was the worst. The door to our designated room was broken. We asked this staff twice to fix it, but he didn't fix it. He gradually became more and more irritable and angry. I don't understand his attitude. This is your problem. I will never come back to this hotel. Please be careful. It's a small staff with brown hair.

Breakfast was great and customer service was great. We discovered when we arrived that we had one King-sized bed and a couch for my wife and I and two teenage sons. I thought I had ordered a room with two Queen sized beds. Nonetheless, the gentleman at the front desk was able to shift us to another room quickly and it was quite comfortable.
Negatives:
We purchased a room at this hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool. We were taking a college tour in the area and knew we were going to stay for a couple of days here. We were so looking forward to utilizing that luxury and were disappointed that it wouldn't be part of our ticket there. Truthfully, we would not have booked a room there if we had known the pool wasn't available.
