My heat did not work right. So, I had to pack everything up and get a new room. The beds we not comfortable. The mattress was so soft that by morning I had such a backache. I could feel a board through the mattress that hit me right in the hip. The cleaning service could be better. There were cobwebs on the lamp and soap on the soap dish from the previous guest.
