This isnt something i liked just a exstension to what i didnt like my gf actually left after being there for a hr I only stayed because it was close to my work so I didn't have to drive as far in the morning

Was terrible someone was smoking Marijuana in one of the rooms close to our the smell was so strong it gave me a headache also our room was ground level with the rear parking lot and most of the night there were Mexicans drinking beer and carrying on

The room smelled. The refrigerator was broken and had mold in it. The air conditioner only worked if you found a way to tuck the curtains in. The floor was stained all over. Cob webs every corner. Booked handicap room did not have one. Asked at the desk

It is very dated and I do not think they do a good job of hallway cleaning. Saw the same crumbs on the floor all 4 days I was there.

The computer was not functioning and it too us over an hour to get a room. My wife is handicapped and this was unacceptable after an 8 hour drive.

In great need of maintenance. Lights in the room were non-functional, fixtures were missing from the walls, the door latch was broken, etc.

It was the best service we have hqd in the 5 years we had traveled together. The first room was unacceptable and the front desk walked us through a second room, made sure we approved, then tranferred our reservation. In the morning, mountains welcomed us.

The first room smelled like smoke. We informed front desk and without hesitation, she immediately moved us to a different room. And the difference was like a breath of fresh air!

We returned to the hotel on the 2nd. night and there was NO hit water at 11:00 PM. So no showers.

Clerk was unfriendly. Room was not clean and TV remote did not work. No ice. Coffee maker in room was unusable. Breakfast offerings were minimal and no fresh coffee.
