The room was dirty. Upon arrival there was like plaster particles on the floor, dried dog food was left on the floor from previous occupant. There was what look like, mold, growing at the bottom of the wall of the shower, the carpet was pulling up. Terrib

Filthy, homeless people, drug use, bugs, kids playing outside doors, barking dog, it was awful!

Outside was a lot of waste in the parking lot, and the room did not smell that nice; the sockets were loose, so chargers fell out, and it was not that clean. I expected better. Told staff this on checkout, as we stayed there only one night.

The location was very convenient, and even though it was fee interactions with the staff they were very polite and helpful. The room was also very clean.

The walls were extremely thin, so you heard everything (especially kids screaming), the breakfast bar was not as anticipated, and our card keys randomly quit on us so we had to get them replaced. We also didn't get the exact room we booked.

The toilet was clogged upon arrival. I put in 2 requests to have it fixed but no one came. After the second night I woke up to find a series of bites on my side. 3 little bites then a inch over 3 more bites. That's how BED BUGS bite. The
