It is under major renovation. No amenities at all. No lobby, no coffee, no ice, and jackhammers begin at 7am so no sleep. Dirty room. This hotel should not be renting rooms until construction is finished.

Such bad service...had to ask and complain twice that no one cleaned the room and left towels shampoo etc...phone in room didn't work so had to go back and worth to lobby, first time they said we'll take care of it...NOTHING.
Positives:
Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Room itself was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked very well. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs, eggs, ham, juices, breads, coffee, etc.

Overall the hotel met our expectations based on reviews. It's an older facility. First impressions are everything and I realize a hotel is only new once in its lifetime. The public areas of the hotel could use some attention maybe cleaning the carpet?

Non smoking room smelled very strongly of cigarette, the air conditioner was very loud making a rattling noise all night, the exterior wall had virtually no sound proofing I that could be herd was traffic all night, carpet and lamp shades were covered in stains.

The location and the bed was comfortable.

The lobby furniture was frayed; it looked sloppy.The carpet in room 208 had lots of big stains on it. Hallway carpet also had stains. Towels were thin; should be replaced. The hotel was less than I expected from online reviews. To me, $244 for 2 nights was too expensive for the condition of the hotel. I will not stay there again.
