Negatives: The breakfast was terrible

Negatives: This was not the hotels fault, but other guests that were staying on the same floor had the entire floor smelling like pot during their whole stay. I'm all for people doing their own thing, but do that outside. It was so strong it was about suffocating

Negatives: The heater was so loud that we had to turn up the t.v. The bathroom was clean but the mirror was rusty along the bottom frame edge. The toilet was very small. Overall, unimpressed.

Negatives: Don’t have any complaints.

Negatives: The hotel smelled musty, like cigarettes and wet carpet. The chlorine in the pool area was very strong. There were people smoking right next to the pool full of kids.

Negatives: There were ants in the room, it smelled like weed, and the Keurig didn't work.

Negatives: My room didn't have a window. But everything else was Great.

Negatives: The dirty room that had blood on curtains, nasty walls ,and found a bug in my bed! Also noise court yard all night with the smell of pot!!! I have pictures of the things that I found trashy.. so bad we checked out earlier than our booked days and slept on our daughters floor... Complained to your staff and was told since you booked threw Booking.com.. we can't do anything for you.. so I sent them a complaint... There are better places here in your... Told Bookoing .com that I would truly want a refund.. or not charged over $400.00 dollars for this horrible experience !

Negatives: I think more variety for breakfast. I also think the lighting in the room lacks. Shower should be better cleaned.

Negatives: I did not like that every entrance to the hotel had 1 to 3 people at the doors smoking when trying to enter the building. I have sever asthma, so I would have to use whichever entrance was not covered under a cloud of smoke. It is not the easiest hotel to locate your room, so using different entrances becomes cumbersome. We stayed at the Wyndham for my daughter’s USA swim meet, and when we asked if we could have a late check out at check in, we were told to ask on Sunday. I walked to the front desk at 6:45 am on Sunday to ask for a late check out, and no one could give me an answer until I another employee arrived at 9 am. I explained that we were leaving within the hour for them swim competition, but still no answer. As a result, I removed all of our belongings from the room in the event my request was not granted, because we would be at the Graham Aquatic Center from 7:45 am - 12 pm. I received a phone call at 8:22 am letting me know we could check out at 1 pm. The breakfast times is not posted at the restaurant, nor were we told when breakfast is served upon check in. The door to the restaurant was ajar on Sunday morning after my trip the the front desk. A hostess/waitress yelled “we don’t open until 7 am!” I told her I only wanted coffee. She then yelled, “the food is not ready.”
