Spacious & very clean, included large frig & microwave. Only half the price (WITH free parking) of most Providence downtown hotels that charge extra for valet parking!
Negatives:
Advertises "breakfast included," but it's really a continental breakfast selection to "take to go" (breakfast area had only a few seats to sit down and eat). Two staff members were abrupt. Room needs another waste basket & supply more and larger cups!

The woman at the front desk was just wonderful. It was late at night and I was traveling alone, but she really helped make the stay fun. She was SO funny and welcoming. I wish I had gotten her name. The room was so clean along with beautiful decor. If I have to stay in the area again I am 100% coming here!

Nothing, this is a homeless shelter. I understand difficult times, but the way the staff treats guests, awful.. Please keep looking, no breakfast, I had to beg them for towels. For a couple of bucks more, you can stay at a Hilton property.

We had issues with the floor above us making alot of banging at all hours of the day / night. We contacted the front desk to address this issue multiple times but they never helped. Barely slept. Cleaning could have been better. Found hair in shower
