I love everything about the property the room I had did not have a fridge and I had my two children with me so I went to the front desk and I asked if its possible to get a little refrigerator in there and they did they brought one in

There was a cigarette smell all over the corridor, and we couldn't sleep. The bathtub water didn't drain properly, and the bathroom fan made too much noise. The room floor wasn't clean.

The place has gone downhill, it needs to be cleaned up.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was horrible I had to immediately cancel because of how rude she was. She decided it was a good idea to scream at people on her personal device infront of customers and she also decided to scream at customers because the website had a room available that she did not so she took it out on me .
