My room was never cleaned or tidied or bed made or anything tended at all in three nights of stay. No coffee, no tea, no kettle in the room. And the wifi was lamentably slow, to the point of being wholly unusable.

Room is so so small. Bathroom is almost as big as the room. No tea or coffee and instead very expensive coffee shop downstairs. Super noisy - the receptionist opened with “we don’t get noise complaints but you can have ear plugs”. The windows are paper thin and my apartment has the same windows but are reinforced with a screen. Stayed in many places across the US and this is well below par for the price. Loud, expensive and disappointing.

Loud loud loud! Attached to boombox bar, the music is so loud it shakes the windows till 1am!

I would not recommend this hotel for any family wanting to sleep any earlier than 130 am !
