Absolutely horrendous! First room they put me in hadnt even been tended to by housekeeping after the last person checked out. The second room had no toilet paper or bath towels and had mold all over the ceiling.

Breakfast and location were great.
Negatives:
I requested a clean set of sheets and pillow cases because I don’t believe the person responsible four cleaning our room had time to change our bed. Perhaps I was wrong; all I knew was I wasn’t going to sleep in the sheets on the bed. No problem; I changed the sheets. This is the second time in two years that this has happened (at different hotels).

Negatives:
This hotel still uses styrofoam plates and bowls for breakfast. I believe that a company like Hilton could be environmentally more responsible . As is well known, styrofoam is especially harmful for the environment and banned by the European Union. This company can do better!
