Location to where I was going was good. Staff we saw was pleasant to us.
Negatives:
We were greeted with our booking was cancelled. Took almost 2 hours to get our room. Apparently, staff knew we were the only booking that wasn't cancelled because they knew my name. Sign said coffee in am and there wasn't any. Booking cancelled because homeless people occupying rooms. First room not empty. Second room had to be cleaned.
