The pool and room were decent
Negatives:
I had 4 males try to come in my room at 2 am well my children and significant other where asleep. After I proceeded to call management at the front desk my phone wouldn’t work. Once management was reached they proceeded to give me the run around then contacted the police. After I tried to get the main managers information which was denied.

I had made hotel reservations almost a week in advance, to only get a call the day before mid day at that , that my hotel room was flooded and there’s no room available. Regardless I wasn’t charged but no accommodations or sympathy wasn’t even shown ..thank god I found a even better hotel

Room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in, phone in room to call front desk, did not work, room was poorly cleaned and not ready for next guest. Visible cracks in the walls where the heat comes from, just gross. Disappointed is an understatement. original booking that was made a month in advance was cancelled and given a smaller room. Just a lot of inconveniences that were unacceptable. I understand things happen, but I thought I’d be going into a room that did not reek of smoke and was dirty.
