The layout, how quiet it was and the ease of having a kitchen in our room.
The staff was amazing and went next level for me! They laid out rose petals I had sent along with heart lights on the bed so I could surprise my husband on our kid free early valentines weekend.
They also brought up my groceries that were delivered about 5 minutes before our arrival which was not expected.

The hotels pipes burst so we listened to the alarms from midnight until 2am the staff was rude everything was soaked and damp and we didn’t get our breakfast because that was a huge room that got flooded

I didn’t like that the pool was out of use, the tv channels weren’t working and we couldn’t watch the ball drop, the room smelt very bad when we walked in, the drain in the shower did not work
