Hotel employee was very pleasant and she did not leave work until I made it to the hotel!
Negatives:
I was promised a king size smoking room but was given a double! I enjoy feeling at home even when I am away from home and a King sized bed is a must!

I really enjoyed the staff, they were very kind. But, the lock to my door barely worked. I had to fight with the door every time I tried to enter the room. The toilet was loose on the floor so every time I sat down or stood up I had to be very careful. The heater was pretty loud every time it would turn on or run it was heard. And the neighboring unit was very loud partying all night. And around noon every day they had a lunch pickup I'm guessing for their coworkers at their door. I mentioned all of this to the staff, and cleaners, and showed them the issues in the room. They said they already knew of these, and the neighbors had been moved there because they were too noisy up front. I paid for 6 nights to relax, and for many reasons was unable to.

Did not receive a key to the room till the next day in the afternoon, was given 5 different keys to open the door and was not able to open room.
