Front desk people didn’t seem to very knowledgeable about Hilton honors and how to get in the program. They weren’t friendly. That was on all shifts. Breakfast could have been better.

Most comfortable stay in Charleston
Positives:
Very clean and our room had plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Have our little dog more space to move around as well.
Negatives:
The area around the location was under a lot of construction and our gps sent us in different dead end directions. It would have been nice if this had been mentioned upon booking. We had to stop and ask someone for an alternate route.

It was a very nice facility overall and I really liked it and would stay again. But maybe not during the cold weather. Which is rare in Charleston.
Negatives:
The HVAC in the room was not working right to heat the room. Cold weather is rare so I know it's not a priority, but unless I turned it off completely it just blew cold air. I did ask maintenance to check it and they said that was how it was designed.
