The valet was too busy on their phone when I walked in. He did not even acknowledge me let alone ask if I wanted my car parked by valet. There was nobody at the front desk to check me in, I had to wait over 10 minutes to which I had to walk around to find someone. There are buttons missing on the call button for the elevator which is a potential for electric shock. When I went to turn the tv on to watch the news it was stuck on a religious. Channel and the batteries were dead in the remote. I went down to the concierge and they acted like I was imposing on them and it took them forever to find new batteries. The room was on A/C and was colder on the inside than it was outside. It took forever to get the room warm and the duvet on the bed was so thin causing me to not to get a good nights rest. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Every part of the hotel was so clean, smelled fresh, the staff was wonderful and the food cooked for breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel!

Paying $18 a day for parking where I already paid to stay sucked.

The room was perfect; clean and adjusted to our specifications. And the people were amazingly pleasant and accommodating. They found us food late at night and continued the breakfast beyond closing for us the next morning.
Negatives:
The staff was so great that it entails my only complaint: There was no way to tip cashless. We'll bring paper money next time.

The Vista Hyatt is our new place to stay for Thanksgiving. It's better than staying with family!

I was very disappointing. I was locked out my room and could not go enjoy my family because if I came out I will be locked out and I have to go through the same process to get back in wait 20 to 30 minutes before the guy can come up and pick pick a lock. They promised to give me a refund, credit , and I never received it.

The location is nice. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Good locale, just paper thin walls. The college kids next door opened the connecting room door for some reason (my guess is they were drunk) and partied until about 3 a.m. So, if you're looking for a nice relaxing 'staycation' hotel. This wouldn't be the hotel for you.
