What you received for the price was great! My bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room was really roomy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and did everything you asked. I really liked it. It was a really reasonable price. I will definitely be back again when I'm in town.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like about the property is that there was only steps to the second floor so no elevator so I did struggle a little bit with my luggage to get on the second floor with my bad back.

Positives:
Our room was on the first floor, which was very convenient. Parking was right outside the door. The location was terrific, directly across from a Wal-Mart supercenter, and right down the road from a great Ingles supermarket and many restaurants. Clemson was a half hour away, with a wonderful botanical garden and geology museum there. Pickens and Table Rock State Park were also about a half hour away, as was Greenville.
Negatives:
The newly installed bathroom shower could overflow if the shower lasted too long. There also wasn't much ventilation within the bathroom itself.
