Reception greeter could have been a bit nicer; seemed annoyed that I told her I had a dog with me; said it wasnt in my profile; I asked if I needed a dog tag for the door and again she seemed miffed at my request. Seems the greeter lacked any basic cordial greeting training.

It was a problem with the hot water it wasn’t getting hot but the manger fixed it for me and my family so we where able to take hot shower. I was happy with the service
