Prior to checking out my overall experience was great. Room was clean, and the facility was clean.
Negatives:
Being wrongly charged for smoking in the room and not being contacted after calling the GM multiple times. I'm convinced my room was charged by mistake, but no one is willing to look into the issue to see what really happened. I do not smok and no smoking took place in my room!!!!
