Shady activities going on in the parking lot at night. Females along wouldn't feel safe. Dont stay here, avoid this place. It went from the Econo Lodge to the Budget Inn because they couldn't afford the franchise fees.

The Proprietor was very nice and courteous and trying to work as best he could with a very run down property. All items were there, just far below my expcetations.

1. REPAIRS NEEDED - Lock on door needs repair Sink needs replacing. 2. I was extremeley reluctant to even touch anything. The appearance of everything gave me an apprehensive feeling. 3. I was reluctant to even sleep in the bed. I only slept under the fancy top sheet - never pulled back the covers. 4. NOISE - The late night party being held in parking area just ouside my door lasted for an extremely long time. The sound of traffic was very loud. 5. I booked 3 nights. I only stayed 1 due to all the above. I forfeited $$$ for 2 nights lodging. Slept in my car next 2 nights. 6. There appeared to be a prostitute working a room across the parking lot from me. She sat in her car until a man would arrive and then into the room they went. Happened repeatedly.

It had roaches! They charged us twice and kept giving me the run around and still haven't returned the money, my bank did and they are investigating the issue! The bed was harder than the floor! The bathtub was gross. I didn't use it! Had to shower at my niece's house that we were visiting. I went by the pictures on the website and that was a mistake! That place looked sketchy as hell! Pool had no water. My sister's room had a big gap under the door where anything could have slithered in or crawled in! There was an odor to the rooms. Some of the lights didn't work. Very, very bad experience at this place! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
