Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful although they never seemed to be that engaged in much work.

Room service staff does not speak English making requests impossible. Returned to room after a day out to find the door unlocked and open. Bedding was bizarre; pillows thin mattress soft. Bench cushions not properly installed; cause damage to $6k camera
