Everything other than the location. Dated facilities. Staff was lazy at best. Service was slow, and when I say slow, it was 90 minutes and nothing was delivered so we left. We resorted to ordering bottled beer thinking it would be quicker. It wasn’t.
We literally walked down the beach to a “lesser” quality hotel, the Hilton, to get drinks and food.
Save yourself the money and stay at the Hilton down the beach.
When we asked for help from the managers, they made excuses.
The room was average at best. For $550 a night in the off season, is stupid. I wouldn’t pay $250 and I’ve stayed at a lot of Omni hotels. So dissatisfied and disappointed

The heated pools were the best.

Negatives:
A FAMILY of 6x , 2 rooms at $42000 for 5x nights just isn't worth the stay at the resort. Could have rented a house for half that. The only things you gain are pools and Beech access because of the location.
Bike rentals for 4x would of been $320 for 3 days. That is unreasonable. We had to go off the resort to a local shop and paid $130 for 4x bike for 3 days. Omni failed to provide even decently bike rental rates in a time period that no one was even renting bikes... it was like a ghost town there. As a resort, you should provide reasonable priced activities or why even go there. Omni at Championsgate Orlando does this much better.
A family can not afford to eat at your restaurants. Your cheapest restaurant is still overpriced, and the food isn't of a quality that you would pay that unless you're desperate.
So, really, the only reason to go there is for a pool and ocean access. Not a resort that has anything else included. I feel foolish for having paid as much as we did for a 5x night stay. There should have been a discount for the second room for a family of 6x. Also, we asked for a connecting room but was not given one. We were moved to the 5th floor and upgraded to a better view of the Courtyard.

The rooms were fine. The room had a odd smell that you had to get used to.
Big rooms. The actual hotel floors and hallways were wide with open to the outside.
