Negatives:
Had one experience where my husband asked about when breakfast was starting and the person at the desk tried to ignore him and only agreed silently? Im sure that person was just having a tough day.
Positives:
Location. Starbucks within 5 min walk. Free breakfast.
Negatives:
The fire alarms sounded at midnight and again at 2am. They silenced within about 1 minute. Front desk said that it was false alarms. Very frightening and stressful. Fire department did not come either time. Was not offered even an apology.

It was well set up Very clean had a nice refrigerator, bathroom was nice that was nice but a little uncomfortable,
Negatives:
Their breakfast was ice cold, because somebody forgot to plug in the heater, very dangerous, and there was a guy with a long black wig and loop, earrings and tight pants dancing a round,and me and my wife were very uncomfortable with that.we ate at ihop

The mattress was awful, we felt every spring. If we had stayed more than one night. I would have requested a different room as a mattress crippled me.

VERY Heavy room doors that SLAM when entering & exiting the room, which was VERY LOUD all evening/night long around us.
Breakfast could have been warmer and more variety.
The firepit was basically a SMOKERS ZONE so NOONE else could enjoy it. Awful

Got there around 9pm with my family of three kids and my mother, went to check in and was told they had no rooms for us. Im sorry if I book a room I am coming there and you shouldnt overbook your properties. The accommodations they had was not going to work due to they werent compatible with what we had.
Negatives:
My whole experience with this place. I had to get OnStar to help me and thankfully they found us a room we could fit in and be comfortable in while we were there.
