Positives:
The only thing that l like about the Property was three staff members, Malik very well groomed, I’m actually surprised he was not the front desk manager. When I did meet the front desk manager, I was lost for words because I thought she was the laundry attendant. Veronica tried everything in her powers as a front desk agent to assist me with the issues that I had with the Property. Mr. Tamika, the housekeeping manager and her staff was wonderful.
Negatives:
What I did not like about the property is that they do not adhere to Hilton policy as far as safety, nor do they follow up with their guest as far as any issues, you will never hear from leadership unless you request.

It was close to the venue where our Cheer competition was. The staff were excellent and had an amazing disposition. The room was furnished so that we didn't even have to ask for extra blankets or towels. We'll definitely come back here next time we're in Charleston.
