As always, my company has been using this hotel services because of location. Generally, that is the only thing best liked about this hotel.
Negatives:
The service rate was adjusted higher without clear explanation from desk clerk; room reservation was not ready for check-in; kitchen counter had ants; bathroom sink was clogged. So customer service needs fine tuning.

Love the room, it was like an apartment. Very homie.

The location was the only thing that was nice about the hotel. It was close to dining and shopping. Also, it was very close to the interstate.
Negatives:
The first hotel room that we were in, the bathroom door wouldnt latch closed. We were moved to a second room and the bathroom shut, but barely. The room and the whole hotel had a peculiar odor. I didnt think the hotel or the room were that clean.

I asked for a wake up call and never got it. If I hadn't woken up early I would have missed a very important appointment. Also it's not really your hotels fault but somebody stole my do not disturb sign.

Property was stolen out of my truck, had to carry approximately 25 bags by hand because there were no carts, that's a start

The room was spacious hand smelled really clean. It was clean fro. The time I walked in until I got to my room. Parking lot was also clean with a designated area for dog to use restroom.

Everything was top of the line. The location and access to the hotel is what is least liked.
Positives:
Easy accessible location and close surrounding area for food and shopping. Fast service even if any urgent needs.
Negatives:
Rooms seem to have inconsistent water pressure/temperature and overwhelming smell of bleach.
