About This Property

This central Charleston hotel offers an indoor pool, as well as rooms with free WiFi. A separate sitting area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV is standard in all large rooms at Hyatt Place Charleston Airport Convention Center. Coffee-making facilities are also included in every guest room. Hyatt Place also offers a Bakery Café with 24-hour Starbucks® coffee, Grab N’ Go snack bar, and a full bar as well. After Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Location and staff

Negatives: Pool too warm and over chlorinated. Pillows lose shape and are uncomfortable. Comforters have thin and poorly dispersed batting. Breakfast with runny oatmeal and grits as well as rock hard frozen pancakes. Coffee was also cold. The advertised bar is a small glorified Starbucks. No heaters on patio. Smoking permitted just outside the front door.
