Breakfast was excellent, better than expected, so was the room, we never had stayed at a hotel with a Livingroom space and sofa! The rooms were clean and so was the bathrooms, very comfy bed and the service was over the top! Can't wait to go back, booking the same hotel again!

The business center needs major improvements. The computer had Windows Vista operating system--so outdated. Neither the printer nor the computer had a USB port for a thumb drive. The printer would not work at first--i fixed it.

Seriously no microwave in room. Front desk staff on most part very ‘fake nice’ but when you have a request they are brash. The elevators have something wrong with them…if you have a fear of them or claustrophobia I’d stay away. They are so slow and you aren’t sure if they will ever open. Every guest was commenting on it - surely that’s a safety issue.

Positives:
The breakfast was ok but set out late. It had too many extra seasonings add to it to make it more than it was… They added parsley scrambled eggs. Also added rosemary to fried potatoes.

Elevator on the left would sound bad and knock loudly when getting to 5th floor. Another person staying there had their vehicle broken into which didn’t make us feel the best. Since it’s close to a highway we had to make sure the air fan was turned on high so we didn’t hear the constant traffic!
