The person who checked us in was very very friendly. Every time we came in contact with her she had a big smile and was so kind. I notice she was like that with all her guest.

The only thing was the water wasn't really hot. That really wasn't a problem but that was the only thing I could think of.

Room key didn't work, so any time I needed to leave my room the front desk had to open for me with the master key, Only lights that worked half the night were the bathroom, No power for some reason in half the room, no . I paid for a king bed but got 2 queens and there was no water pressure at all in the bathroom sick , so had to brush my teeth in the tub :(

Found a dirty sock behind the lamp in my room… don’t even know how that could’ve been missed on cleanup…. found trash and dirty Q-tip under my bed…lady at the front desk was awesome and kind… The hotel charged me more for my pet fee than the room cost me, then when the lady at the front deskI mentioned something about the room to a guy that worked there, not sure if he was a manager or an owner, gave me a lousy $25 discount for my room being dirty and I was pretty sure he told me he would give me a refund for my stay but later on was told different… I even had to go get a remote from my room because there was not one in there… I just felt it was very unfair for the situation…
