I loved the location the room i reserved. It was spacious enough for a solo traveler and the kitchenette was a useful amenity.
Negatives:
The grab and go breakfast was something that wouldnt fill your appetite first thing in the morning. I d go to one of the restaurants near by to get a warm filling breakfast.

Comfortable bed, friendly greeting when arrived, provided packet of toothpaste which I forgot in my overnight bag The room was a nice size but no bedside table except for one side of bed.

The first thing that surprised us was ny husband being asked to provide photo id after I was the one who booked the room and had already shown my driver's license. He could not figure out why he had to show his ID, too. The breakfast area was run down, counter top "torn" which looked shabby. The coffee was empty when I came down from the room at 8 AM. I had to fine the manager he let him know it was out and he told me to wait, he would make more. It took awhile, I was told to be patient. Very sparse food offerings, oatmeal in a paper cup and granola bars, muffins all out but manager replenished when I mentioned it. It was not what I expected compared to other hotels but for the price of the room, it was OK. I usually make coffee in the room so was disappointed not to have that available in the morning.

The room had an awful smell, not something light cleaning would fix. People in the lobby asking my husband for money when he left the room. No breakfast as it was advertised. No utensils or kitchen items available as advertised.

I called to change my reservation because I wasnt going to be to the hotel until after 12 and the employee told me it could get changed until the next day and we would could check out the next day at 11. Come to find out we had to check out the same day at 11 and was rushed to get out by the owner.

Supposed suite had fridge,microwave, 2 burner stove top .... but not a single cup, utensil, cookware, etc. when I asked the front desk and maint man said it was all pulled out but that there were 2 plastic cups in bathroom. Don't sell it as a kitchenette suite if only appliances

It was a convenient location and everyone was very attentive.

I did not like the lack of ethics, no professionalism when serving customers, an unpleasant atmosphere, I did not feel safe, very expensive for the conditions they have. One room smells like cigarettes and the other smells too much like chlorine.
