The location. Google maps took the street address and sent up to a Britain Street address that was a relatively new residential area. We were fortunate to encounter two firemen, who redirected us to the motel. W called the hotel; couldn't undedtand.

Very low water pressure Bath towels were thin and small

Convenient location. No frills, clean and great place for a one night stay with pets. No chemical smell like most pet friendly hotels. Lady at the front desk when I arrived around 6pm was so sweet and welcoming.

Shower was very dated - wasn't a problem for me (I'm short) but can't imagine it being comfortable for anyone over 6ft.
