Negatives: Tbe staff was rude and threatening. I asked for a late checkout. They stated no . Then threatened to have me escorted by the police. They were rude to the entire fourth floor. Threatening families. I have never been so insulted.

Negatives: Breakfast lacked a variety of options. Most clients prefer buffet style breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes etc.

Negatives: I booked two rooms on the same floor. I was decorating one of the rooms for my daughter birthday sleepover. By the time I finished going to go ahead to the other room, it wasn't clean at all. I had to go downstairs to talk with the clerk at the front desk to tell him that the room wasn't clean. Can he move into another room. He told me no that they only have rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor. I was telling him how was that possible for me to move on a different floor from My kid's. When I called several times upon arrival about getting ajointed rooms they told me three different times that they were going to make sure I get ajointed room. I called the night before our stayed making sure we had ajointed room. In was told by the gentleman that he was going to make sure I got the ajointed room and leave a note about the room. I was so angry I had to make room for 12 people to sleep in one room, which is importantly embarrassed because I had to make some of the kids sleep on the hard floor. All he said was I will refund you for the other room that was not clean and make sure you want be charged for the room. Because he didn't have any housekeeping to clean the room. I'm looking crazy because it's like only 5 something. The kids keep waking up talking about their back and legs hurting because the floor was so hard. My daughter was crying because she was so embarrassed.

Negatives: Room was dusty and had pet hair all over. My entire family is allergic to animals. We had to run to Walgreens for medicine. I told the front desk our room was dusty and no alternative was offered to us.

Negatives: The breakfast was not up to standard. pool facilities were closed. Smoking section was very small

Negatives: The spread and sheets had long female hair on it that I didn't realize until I woke up the next morning in room 315

Negatives: There was pet hair everywhere! Sofa, bed, bathroom, floors. Seems like the housekeeper didnt vacuum or notice it.

Negatives: Old run down and not clean

Negatives: Our room wasn't cleaned at all and at check-in, we were not told about housekeeping prototcol. We ended up forgetting to ask. It would have been good to have it tidied up once during our stay.
