heater did not work. we did not tell the desk, it was late. told them upon leaving in the morning. so can't blame the staff

Room was nice, clean with everything working including the air. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Worked to accommodate us helped look at allergies on breakfast items. They kept their patience with that. Overall, Ill be back!

Only improvement to make allergies more clear so staff can speak to it. They referenced the bag on some items but some items such as the bread didnt have any nutritional info. Not sure if it is on the box instead. Its a kids hotel and kids have allergie

Everything was better than expected. I only gave a 9 for the room as the closet doors were off track and there was peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options. Pool area was great. We will be back.

The beds were soft and probably the best ac/heater I've used in a room before. I like it cold at night and it certainly got it cold.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. The eggs were disgusting the sausage links tasted like cardboard, the orange juice tasted rotten. Someone needs to revamp the whole continental breakfast there. I heard many customers complain about how bad it was.

Pool closed early. Staff insisted that we didnt have a reservation, and we did. I spelt our name multiple times before they found our reservation.
