It was very convenient for the conference that I was attending, the breakfasts were very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The very friendly staff. Had a birthday party for my kid there. There were lots of kids running around and in and out of the swimming pool. The staff understood that it was just for a few hrs and they were very patient with us.

The front desk staff. From the minute we walked in, we were met with a horrible attitude. It only got worse as there were issues on the hotel end that were handled awfully.
