I reached out to the main manager twice about a bereavement discount never contacted us back even asked the day before we left still no answer from her.unprofessional plus our room wasn’t what I ordered two bathrooms only got one it delayed us from getting to our destination/wake and funeral on time .our living room view was the garbage dumpsters
