Staff was unfriendly. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Garbage was still in both garbage cans. Spiderwebs on the ceiling corners. Didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed because the carpet looked gross.

The breakfast was minimal, limited choices. Not tended well and there wasn’t much left. Biscuits were hard, no knives available. The microwave was dirty and I needed it clean for my eye compress. I washed it out so I could warm the compress. One lamp had a dead light bulb.

Heater in our room didn't work. Told staff about it and they just said they will send maintenance up. No discount or anything for sleeping in a cold room. Had a ceiling that had previously leaked and looked disgusting. Didn't look like pictures on website...was horrible.
