Pool was broken. Couldn’t take a warm shower due to hotel capacity. Guests were having parties in the lobby. Children and teenagers running up and down the halls slamming doors at all hours of the night.

Pool wasn't available. Said it was down for maitinance but there was no indication of Maintinace being done. There was a dance competition in town with elementary through high school makes me think they shut it down so they didn’t have to deal with kids. I’ve seen this done before. I was told if I really wanted to use a pool go to the hotel next door and use theirs. Also didn’t appreciate that the internet didn’t work either

Everything was great! Kids have fun on the slide n there was enough pillows for everyone to b comfy plus the pillows were comfy! Breakfast was great as well!

The staff, (including breakfast staff) was so friendly and happy. They were helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Would recommend!!

Positives:
The staff was kind and attentive when we needed assistance. The linens and towels were always clean and pristine as if they were freshly bought and cleaned. The furniture was large and comfortable even for individuals of large stature.
Negatives:
At the time of our visit the pool and hot tub were out of order and these were elements we were looking forward too. The television remote was awkward and not properly programed for the television and it's services.
